Risk Assessments
A friendly reminder that all Scouting activities must have a written risk assessment completed for them. Anyone involved in the activity can request to see it and members of the District Leadership Team will regularly ask as well.
The District Leadership Team will ask for risk assessments on occasion, even if they are not at the session to ensure they are being completed and cover all basis.
NAN Forms and Activity Forms
Don’t forget to submit your NAN forms at least 7 days, if not before, to the camp to ensure they can be checked, amended if needed, and approved in plenty of time.
Activity forms must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event, if not before.
